There is now a temperature control installed in each room that provides for independent control. These smart temperature controls are affixed to an app on our smartphones. It is seriously easy to raise or lower temperature settings & to adjust fan speeds plus humidity levels. My friend and I are saving a considerable amount of money on heating plus cooling throughout the year. Zoning capability has also reduced the workload of the boiler plus air conditioning plus will hopefully elevate reliability plus extend repair life.
